Response to prevent COVID-19 infection

Based on a basic policy of proper measure to prevent infection, we are working on below actions to protect all guests and employees’ safety environment.
Thank you for your understanding and corporation.

<At the Hotel Entrance>

-Hand disinfection
Please disinfect your hands.
-Wear a mask
Please wear a mask.

<Public Area>

  • -We restrict an elevator & smoking-room capacity to prevent overcrowding
  • -Baggage storage at the cloakroom will be suspended.
    There is a luggage storage space around the front desk using guard ropes and partitions.
    If you agree, we will hand over the luggage tag at the front desk, so please use it by self-service.

<Lounge>

  • We will take the following measures to control lounge congestion and prevent contact and droplet infection.
  • -To avoid close-contact, we restrict the lounge use to secure a space.
  • -We disinfect tables, chairs and doorknobs regularly.
  • -Please disinfect your hand and wear a mask when enter the lounge.
  • -Please wear a mask except when drinking a drink.

<Stay>

We will take the following measures to prevent contact and droplet infection.

Arrival/Departure
  • -Our staff will be checking body temperatures at front desk.
    We sincerely apologize for those who have a fever above 37.5 degrees
    celsius or who are not feeling well, but please refrain from entering.
    *The standard of 37.5 degrees celsius is based on national administrative guidelines.
  • -Please kindly understand to ask your health condition, travel history to abroad, and request to fill up a health certificate.
    We may ask for instructions to health center or support center after we’ve got your understanding.
    If we could get your approval, we may decline to accept your hotel stay.
  • -An acrylic board is installed at the front.
  • -At check-in and check-out, please line up while keeping a distance from other people.
  • -Please use the cash tray at the time of payment.
  • -Simplify the hotel guide by using the Information System※1
During a stay
  • -After check-in, staff will refrain from entering the room as much as possible.
  • -Facilities and equipment in the room will be disinfected when cleaning the room.
After departure
  • -We do antibacterial cleaning and ventilation throughout the room.

<Responding to customers who have a fever during their stay>

  • -If you feel unwell during your stay, please consult a medical institution or public health center.
  • -We may restrict our services to those who continue to be ill and who have traveled to or stayed in countries where the infection is spreading.
