Notice of Launch of Air Porter Service

Dear Guests

Thank you for your continued patronage of the Ginza Grand Hotel.
We have started Airporter baggage delivery service on September 1.

Airporter is a same-day baggage delivery service between the hotel and the airport.
You can arrange for same-day delivery from our hotel to Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, Tokyo Station, and hotels in the 23 wards of Tokyo or in Maihama. You can now arrange for same-day baggage delivery!

You can make a reservation through the QR code (dedicated reservation page) and receive a tag at the front desk,
Also, you can just fill in the required information and drop off the tag at the front desk.
Please note that the deadline for reservation is 23:00 the day before and the deadline for drop-off is 9:00 on the day of delivery.
You can pick up your luggage at the airport after 4:00 p.m. on the day of delivery and at the hotel after 7:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.
If you wish to pick up your baggage before 4:00 p.m., you will need to make a reservation two days prior to the pickup date and drop off your baggage the day before the pickup date. For details, please ask the front desk staff or check the official Airporter website.
We think this is a good option for you to leave your luggage after check-out and go sightseeing in the city.
